Doesn’t ServiceM8 already include reports and AI?

Yes. We start by reviewing what your existing setup can already do. Our work covers analysing your business data, defining useful measures, configuring and testing the tools, and helping your team use them. Where your process needs more, we scope additional reporting, integrations or custom tools. Read our comparison

Do I need to know what I want built?

No. Bring the problem: too much admin, unclear numbers, a process that keeps breaking, or a goal you’re struggling to reach. We’ll work through what’s happening and help you choose a useful starting point.

Is this only for businesses using ServiceM8?

This page is for businesses using ServiceM8, but our work can extend across your wider tools and processes. We’ll discuss what you use, what needs to connect and what’s technically possible before agreeing a scope.

Can we start with the audit, reporting and AI package?

Yes. It brings the three stages together in one engagement: understand the business, set up connected reporting, then help your team use AI around the priorities identified. Additional automations, integrations and custom tools are scoped separately.

What if our ServiceM8 data is incomplete?

We’ll discuss data availability and quality before agreeing the work. The audit can identify gaps as well as opportunities. Any analysis and reporting will be clear about what the available data can support.

What can the AI assistant actually do?

We choose tasks around your actual work, such as finding job information, preparing summaries or helping with supported updates. We can use ServiceM8’s own AI tools or supported connections to tools such as ChatGPT and Claude where suitable. We configure instructions and permissions, test the agreed tasks, and train your team on what to review. Available information and actions depend on your setup.

How much does it cost, and what happens after delivery?

We agree scope, pricing and delivery with you before work starts. Training and handover are part of the ServiceM8 engagement. We’ll also discuss any ongoing support and further implementation you need, with those arrangements made clear in your proposal.
